Due to his personal interest in innovation, he completed a bachelor’s and master’s degree with a focus on innovation management in Austria after several years of work experience. It is not coincidence that creates innovations, but a lived management approach, is his credo. As Managing Director at LEAD Innovation, Daniel Zapfl shares responsibility for the success of his innovation partners’ innovation projects. Well-known companies such as Carl Zeiss AG, Volkswagen AG, SAP or the Liebherr Group are among the customers of LEAD Innovation Management GmbH. In total, he can look back on around 80 major innovation projects for international companies since 2013.
